In-house payment plan
For smile design and rehabilitation cases, treatment is split into phases with a deposit and monthly payments.
Subject to credit approval. Terms and monthly amounts are shown to you in writing before you commit.
Insurance
We accept most PPO plans and file for you.
Restorative treatment such as crowns, implants and fillings is often covered at least in part. Cosmetic treatment usually is not. Either way, you get the numbers before you decide.
